I offer Piano and Vocal tuition to beginners, improvers, or those wanting to return to their instrument after a break. I teach all ages and endeavour to be flexible to the needs of my students, adapting lessons to enable students to guide their own musical journey.

I tailor my lessons to be as enjoyable as possible for my students, incorporating theory and technical exercises and altering them as appropriate to suit the individual.

 

I do not push my students to follow a graded syllabus and am happy to guide their journey as they choose. However, I currently teach the Trinity syllabus if students wish to focus on grades, and am undertaking the Trinity Certificate for Music Educators to broaden my teaching skillset (I am particularly interested in techniques to manage performance anxiety for both children and adults).

I teach from my home studio in Fishbourne.
